Hospitality
EXPERIENCED CHEF - Full Time
We are looking for a qualified chef with proven experience working in a fast-paced commercial kitchen to join our expanding team!
In this role, you will:
prepare and cook high-quality breakfast and lunch dishes in accordance with our menu specifications
maintain the highest food safety and hygiene standards at all times
collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain an efficient workflow and timely service
work to a 4-week rotating roster with one weekend off per month
The ideal candidate will:
possess a broad range of skills and excellent attention to detail
be passionate about cooking with fresh, local produce
work well under pressure and with a sense of urgency
demonstrate excellent initiative and the ability to multi-task
have experience in a similar cafe environment.
