An old fashioned, full flavoured bush type tomato with medium sized deep red fruit. An ideal tomato for growing in containers if space is at a premium. Perfect for sauces, preserves & green chutney.

Plant in a sunny position in a rich, turned over soil. Add compost or animal manure to improve soil, fertilise regularly & add potash at planting for high fruit yields. Plant a little deeper than the nursery pot to encourage strong root development.
If growing in containers, use a large deep pot at least 40cm in diameter & a premium quality potting mix.
