Gift Vouchers

Gift Cards come in a greeting card style presentation folder and envelope. They are available to the value of your choice, and can be mailed directly to the recipient for your convenience. Cards are valid for 12 months from the date of issue. Please phone between 9am & 5pm daily and have your credit card on hand.

Gift Vouchers are available from all outlets in the Rivers of Yarrambat complex. As some of our stores are independently owned and operated, please note that vouchers are only redeemable at the department where they were issued.

For Garden & Home Gift Vouchers, redeemable in the Garden Centre or Home & Giftware Gallery, please call 9436 3220.

For Cafe & Providore Gift Cards, redeemable in the Cafe for meals or products, call 9436 3210.

Gift Cards are mailed Express Post and a $5.00 handling fee applies.

Terms & Conditions:

1. Gift Card issued by Mt Baldric Pty Ltd.
2. Expires 12 months from the date of issue.
3. Treat the Gift Card like cash. Lost or stolen Cards will not be replaced, refunded or redeemed.
4. Not refundable or redeemable for cash.
5. Not valid for payment of store accounts.
6. Valid at store of issue only. Not valid elsewhere at Rivers of Yarrambat.
7. Void if altered or defaced. Will not be replaced or honoured if damaged, lost, stolen or subject of fraudulent presentation
   
8. Partially redeemable. Unused balance remaining on expiry will be forfeited.
   
9. The card holder is liable for all transactions on the Card except to extent to which there has been fraud or negligence by the Issuer or any of our employees.
10. The Issuer reserves the right to change any terms contained in these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes to Terms of Use will be available on the Issuers website or in store.
11. If you have any reason to believe an error has occurred in relation to this Card, see in store.
